Warranty - Conditions of Use

We put a lot of effort explaining our shipping & return policy so please read it by clicking here.

Always wear a helmet when riding bicycle. Beach cruisers are not capable of riding on sand. Beach cruisers are meant for recreational riding. Most of them have just a coaster (foot) brake. Don't ride too fast. It can really get dangerous and we don't want to pay your hospital bills. Buy a cup holder for your bike, get a diet coke and ride as slowly as possible... relax.

Manufactures Warranty is probably shorter than would you like.
Therefore read carefully and make your decision based on the following:
1. Sixty days for the frame and thirty days for all component joint parts. You are buying bike made in China. It can last long time, but some parts might break. Now you see why warranty is so short.
2. The manufacturer will replace any parts failing during the warranty period.
3. Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be responsible for labor and shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.

Items not covered by warranty
- Gear or brake adjustments. Adjust them or better have bike shop adjust them for you.
- Any scratches or dents to frame or any part. Yes, it happens. Think about how cheap this bike was. Maybe that will help you.
- Flat tires. Shouldn't be flat when you buy it. But you can easily damage tire by over blowing with air or improper assembly.
- Any alteration made or after market part installed on bike by customer.
- Wear and tear to bike, tires or components.
- Damage as a result of any bike accident
- Damage attributable to shipping damage
- Bicycles which were not professionally assembled by a bike shop. Receipt is required before proceeding with warranty request.

Sounds terrible? Yes, you are right. It is really bad. Reality is that you can't buy a Mercedes for the price of Kia.
